Limitations on Obligations The obligations of Pacey-Buck Garden Design are limited to the Design content of the plans provided by them. They cannot be held responsible for faulty workmanship or unconsulted modifications. Where detailed structural work is involved (eg. Drainage, retaining walls over 1 m high and foundations) we recommend that professional advice be sought from a structural engineer before implementation of the Design the costs of which will be born by the Client. Pacey-Buck cannot be held responsible for failure to do so. Pacey-Buck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits of any kind. Copyright All Designs are copyright and remain the property of Pacey-Buck Garden Design. Cancellation In the event of cancellation, a charge will be made for any work undertaken, at the rate of £60 per hour. This will include time taken for travelling, site visits and consultations. Privacy We ensure total detail privacy for all our Clients |
