Consultation |

To begin with,
we discuss the Client’s requirements for their garden. This
also gives the Client the opportunity to view a portfolio of our work.
This is then followed with a quotation for the Design. We then take
a full Design Brief from the Client. |

Site Survey and Analysis |
|
This is undertaken
either by ourselves or by a land surveyor depending on the complexity
of the site.

| Design Proposal |
|
This provides the
basic layout for the garden, showing the dimensions and positions
of all main features. This is presented at a second site visit when
any adjustments or alterations can be discussed and agreed. |
| Detailed Design
and Construction Details |
|
The fully Detailed
Scale Plan includes the selection of all hard landscaping materials,
structural planting such as trees and hedges, laying patterns for
all paving and elevations of any three-dimensional structures. A Schedule
of Works is also presented together with a list of suppliers. |
| Planting Plan
|

A Scale Planting
Plan can be provided which is accompanied by a detailed Plant List
with information about suppliers. |
| Implementation |
|
We provide a range of additional services from sourcing contractors
to monitoring construction. |
| Fees
|
|
We charge
£65 for the initial consultation at sites within a 50 mile radius
of the studio. The Design fee is calculated on a lump sum basis, where
the scope of the work can be clearly defined from the outset. |
